Information for Historians
AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM SIXTEENTH DISTRICT PTA HISTORIAN
Each unit is required to file an Unit Annual Report each year (see link below).
The paperwork can take only 15 minutes to fill out or longer if you would like to share some information about programs and events held at your site this past school year. The report gets filed with your units permanent records, a copy is sent to me as the 16th District Historian, and a copy is compiled into a 16th District report that is sent to the CA State PTA.
Reports are due to the 16th District Historian by May 15th.
In order for us to file before the June 1 deadline, please compile all your information into a District Report to CA State PTA. Please fill out your report and forward TWO copies to:
